Located on a Premium Part of the lake close to the Ortega Highway, and just minutes from local stores, shopping, restaurants and the I-15 Freeway for easy commuting. Flat fee for all utilities, payable with monthly lease; $400 for the first 2 occupants, and $50 for each additional occupant. Includes shared well water, electricity, gas and trash collection.
